By empowering your team, you can push, pull, beg, cajole, and motivate them to do great work.
And great work works.
So, the needle will move. The goals will be met and exceeded. Products will launch into the stratosphere.
And brands will be built.

This was my philosophy when I guided America West Airlines to record growth.
When I helped Toyota see an 87% increase in sales when they relaunched the Sienna minivan.
Led P&G’s PUR Water Filters earn an Effie for the effectiveness of their advertising.
And contributed to Hyundai reaching the best quarter ever. Again. And again. And again.

I’m looking for my next great opportunity to play a role in a success story.
To build a team that continually delivers for their clients. And for each other.
